About Us
ICEJ, Macedonian branch, is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to support for Israel. Our team is committed to starting with the reaching and connecting with potential donors, volunteers, and community members for this cause.
The Mission and Calling of ICEJ
Since its launch in 1980, the founding leaders defined its mandate to be: • To care for and comfort the Jewish people according to Isaiah 40:1: "Comfort, O comfort my people," says your God. • To remind and encourage Christians around the world to pray for Jerusalem and the Land of Israel. • To be a center where Christians around the world can gain insight into what is happening in the Land. • To stimulate pastors, churches, and Christian organizations around the world to become influential in their countries on behalf of the Jewish people. • To initiate or assist in projects aimed at improving the well-being of all who live in Israel, regardless of race, background, or religion. • To advocate for reconciliation between Arabs and Jews Over the years, this mission has remained unchanged and represents this enduring and steadfast calling of Issey. But over the years, some pillars of the ICEJ principles have emerged as a complement to the founding principles: Jerusalem - is the capital of Israel. This remains a diplomatic matter, but we encourage nations to recognize this truth and move their embassies to Jerusalem. Aliyah - the return of Jews to the land of their fathers. ICEJ actively participates in this process, from sponsoring flights to housing and assisting in Israel. In recent times, over three million Jews have returned to the Holy Land Aid, Help - ICEJ has since the beginning reached out to all communities in Israel, including Jews, Arabs, Christians, Muslims, Druze and Bedouins through projects of mercy and demonstration of God's love for them. Tabernacles - the celebration of Tabernacles is the main annual and Biblical event that ICEJ organizes in Israel. Thousands of Christians participate in this celebration, in the spirit of the word in Zechariah 14:16
The Theological DNA of ICEJ MK
Primary Statement of Faith: The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) is a Bible-believing Christian organization that is based on first-principle evangelical beliefs. These we believe are fully consistent with biblical revelation. We believe in: • One God revealed in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. • The Deity of Jesus - Jesus is the full expression of God in bodily form. He is fully God and fully man. • The person and work of the Holy Spirit - He enables believers to be witnesses in the world and therefore confirms the faithful preaching of God's Word with signs and wonders and various gifts of the Spirit. • The divine inspiration of Scripture. All Scripture is inspired by God. • The finished work of Jesus on the cross as the only basis for salvation for all people, whether Jew or Gentile. This work of salvation can only be accepted by faith. • the physical and visible return of Jesus on the Mount of Olives. • that the local church is the biblical body of Christ and that all believers in Jesus should be found in one of them. Regarding Israel, we maintain the following framework of beliefs: • We believe that the Bible confirms God’s unique and enduring calling and election of the Jewish people as an instrument of world redemption, which is still relevant and active today in the restoration of Israel to their Ancient Homeland. • We believe that this present-day restoration of Israel is evidence of God’s faithfulness to his eternal covenant made with Abraham. • Our attitude and relationship to the Jewish people is therefore based on the eternal covenants of God as described in God’s Word (Genesis 12; 15 etc.) and not according to end-time prophecies. • We recognize that we are living in a time and season of restoration for Israel that has been taking place for the past 120 years and was foretold by many biblical prophets (e.g., Ezekiel 36:22...). • We do not accept the idea that salvation can be attained through various covenants. We believe that there is only one way to come to God, through his Son Jesus Christ and the New Covenant that he established. • We offer support to the Jewish people, regardless of their spiritual condition (Romans 3:28). However, we recognize the importance of the local and growing body of the Messiah in Israel. • We honor and emphasize the Hebrew roots of our Christian faith grounded in the Old Testament, even as we strongly caution non-Jewish Christians against applying the law or believing in salvation by works. • We stand uncompromisingly with the Divine destiny of the Jewish people, but we also recognize the unique and biblical calling of the Arab nations around Israel, especially in its plan of salvation for all peoples living in the Middle East. • We reject all forms of replacement theology (supersecessionism, fulfillment theology), including all shades of British Israelism or the doctrine of Ephraim.
Declaration of Support for Israel
Respected: On behalf of the Macedonian Branch of the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem, as a Citizens' Association in support of Israel, we initiate the following announcement: Based on the Bible truths and facts, confirmed daily by today's archaeological findings, we are deeply convinced that Jerusalem was, is, and will be the capital of the State of Israel. The recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel by Macedonia is a recognition of the fundamental and inviolable right to rule in the internal arrangements of a state. Given Jerusalem's recognition of Israel's capital as a key point, we will still be active in announcing the real situation in and around Israel, acting against misinformation and to uninformed subjects, as well as prayerful, material and technical support to Israel and the Jewish people, according to our possibilities and means. Today, in this multitude of voices, our voice is raised to clarify our stand and rebuild our relationship with Israel. On the one hand, because God clearly says that He will held us accountable for these things, and on the other, because the Jewish and Macedonian people have lived for centuries not only as neighbors but also as friends. Therefore, please look at these words with sincerity so that the response will bear fruit and blessings over Israel, just as we were blessed by them.
